There are NO refunds/exchanges/transfers. There are no refunds or exchanges on packages that have been paid partially or in full and started unless surgery is cancelled within a 2 week notice. You may reschedule with a 48 hour notice.
Any appointments that are more than 15 mins late will be canceled without a refund.
Any appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to $50 cancellation fee.

Prior to your first visit ALL clients please upload or bring in a negative COVID-19 Test Result within 24-48 hours of your visit.
